I don't think they will be able to help. From their website -

We do not give any guarantee that the registered persons of our website are still available or suitable host families or aupairs. We do not have any documents of any of our registrants nor do we carry out any checks on them.

It's left to the aupair to check if it's a real job, which isn't difficult once you know the signs of a scam.
The scammer is very unlikely to be in the UK. To anyone living in the UK, it's quite clear from the wording of their emails, that they know little or nothing about the country.

Can I ask why you are asking, because often in Yahoo Answers we get asked for information regarding travel agents whereby the person asking has been offered a job and has to send money to the travel agent for the processing of things like a work permit/visa/flight ticket, and I have to warn you that they have all been scams...especially if a telephone number has been provided that starts anything like 44 70.

If this is why you are asking then I seriously suspect that you are being scammed.

This is a definite au pair visa fee scam.

No legitimate travel agent would use a free webmail service.

Also, travel agents do not sort out visas for you. That is up to the person travelling to do for themselves, by going to the Consulate of the country they wish to travel to.
