Here's another email that I got the other day:

inn addition,we have had an Au pair that stay up with our family for 2 years but just terminated her contract and gone back to her country today.
Moreover,i will like to go through your Curriculum Vitae so as to know your suitability for this offer,or better still if you don't have Curriculum vitae you shall still get back to me soonest so as to know your intention about this offer and to know the date you shall be joining our family

Yes, it's a scam too! First of all, an au pair doesn't get a salary, only pocket money. Also the amount they are offering is far too much.

Here is another email from this scammer. The Agency is also fake, and is part of the scam.

If an au pair does not require a visa to become an au pair in the UK, the scammer may send an email like this:

Contract Agreement Letter, between Mrs. Lumba Tanya & xxxxx xxxxxx.

For good consideration, they employ on the following terms and conditions:
1. Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions for termination set forth below this
agreement will begin sooner.
2. Salary. Mrs. Lumba Tanya shall pay Employee a salary of £ 900 on 26th of every Month
for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll periods and provision of your
separate 2 bedroom apartment well equipped with the necessary amenities.

3. Hours of Work. Your working hours shall be 7 hours daily starting from 9am till 2pm
daily Mondays to Fridays, the total working hour weekly will not exceed 35 hours as
agreed by the host family.
4. Employee to Devote Full Time to Mrs. Lumba Tanya. The Employee will devote full
time, attention, and energies to the business of the Job and during this employment, will
not engage in any other business activity unless during free periods, regardless of
whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee
is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided
those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
5. Confidentiality of Proprietary Information. Employee agrees, during or after the
term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any
person, firm, corporation, or entity. Employee reveal or threaten to reveal this
information, Mrs. Lumba Tanya shall be entitled to an injunction restraining the
Employee from disclosing same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom
said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an
injunction is not exclusive, and I may pursue any other remedies it has against the
Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of
damages from the Employee.
6. Reimbursement of Expenses. The Employee may incur reasonable expenses for
furthering the Job, including expenses for entertainment, travel, and similar items. Mrs.
Lumba Tanya shall reimburse Employee for all business expenses after the Employee
presents an itemized account of expenditures.

9. Sickness and Disability: Absence through sickness is a major cost burden by

participate in any incentive compensation program that may be developed from the
family.

ADVANTAGE

You may be required to travel within United Kingdom as it is necessary
for the proper performance of your duties. It proves that you work in
