This one depends on the innocent victim convincing himself that a lot of money is owed to him or belongs to him. All he has to do is contact Western Union and get it. Well, no. He wants you to email Western Union at [email protected], but western union doesn't use gmail, so that's phoney. They give a phone number that starts +229, which is Benin.

An obvious scam. Don't bite!
