-The domain was registered in January, and for the minimum period of one year.
-The registration is in the name of the host, not revealing any owner information.
-The site lists no physical address or phone number.
-There is no physical presence on the internet other than their own website, the cellpex listing, and the linkedin profile for Andrew Austin.
Andrew Austin's linkedin profile states:

First Premier Wireless
June 2009 – Present (2 years 11 months)
Banking, Insurance, Investment and Loan Products.

-The supposed start date is very interesting--if the business had been around for nearly 3 years, there should not be a complete absence of internet presence. Even if it didn't have a website yet (which is already not very plausible) it would have made sites like whitepages.com and other sites containing local listings.
-The category of Banking, Insurance, Investment and Loan Products is clearly not right for the business--I would expect the owner of the company to be able to assign it the right category!

Based on all of the above, I personally wouldn't touch this one.

On the cellpex listing there is an address and phone number and I believe VAT number. Does that do anything at all?

Yes, it sets off even more red flags.

I can't access the EIN number or phone numbers because I don't have an account on that site, but looking at the address (just remove the suite number) on google maps shows that there is no business by that name there, and there is certainly not a warehouse at that location.

And again, the claim of Annual turnover: $5 - $15 million is another big clue that something is wrong. A company with that volume of business would show up in an internet search.

Also, notice that they just joined cellpex this month.

The phone number is a cellphone in Texas.

The EIN is not a valid US EIN number.

There is absolutely no doubt this is a scam.
