This is another scammer using the identity of the US soldier Curtis Scaparrotti.

A check on the IP address that he uses shows it as 196.201.51.19 - Ghana.

This scammer uses the identity of General Curtis Scaparrotti and a diplomat to scam his victims into paying fees for the delivery of an imaginary consignment.

Here is an email that the "diplomat" sends using the email address Ahmed Abdelhamed - [email protected]

I am Mr. Ahmed Abdelhamed United Nation Diplomatic; I am from General Curtis Scaparrotti who is currently serving in Afghanistan I attached copies of my diplomatic I.D Card to this mail.I have already booked a flight.
I will arrive in XXX with the Consignment tomorrow in the evening.Please XXX , the immigration in the airport requires me to obtain yellow tag before getting into the flight for safe delivery of the Consignment and the yellow tag cost the sum of 1,550 british pounds before the Consignment can be allowed into the flight and I please ask that you help send this money to me here in London where i am on transit so I can pay this money and obtain yellow tag take my flight as schedule.
Send the money directly to me in London via western union money transfer with these details:

P.V.I,I am waiting to receive the money as you said too enable pay for the yellow tag and move with consignment for delivery to your darling Xxx in Xxx thanks for your cooperation and understanding .

Please understand that this fee being ask by the immigration are according to the British government law and as for me i don't have money on me now as told you earlier on in my first mail i am here on transit and i do represent an organisation which is the United Nation delivery services i have receive mail from General Curtis Scaparrotti to wait and be patience so i am giving this benefit to rise the money and send it to me here in London with the details i send to you in my first mail after its done send me the details MTCN and Question and Answer to pick it up then i can pay for the yellow tag and make the delivery this is the protocol thanks for your cooperation and understanding .

Today on badoo.com I was contacted by a guy who said he was ltg curtis michael scaparrotti. At first he wanted to faceebook. Then changed & wanted yahoo Msgr. So we went there, something (like a gut feeling) told me to be careful. My internet cut on & off on me. The last time it came back on the guy who said he was curtis was gone.
I immediately went to the net typed his name in & found he is a scammer. He gave me he following as his email address as his current one, [email protected].
He does not know that I am smarter then his stupidity & immediately looked him up. I wouldn't be surprised he contacts me again. He has not emailed me or asked for anything but I dont want to deal with him again. I believe I have an other address for him & I will post it here also.
I'm am also seriously going to contact badoo & let them he is a spammer.
