Hello Te amo, and welcome to ScamWarners.

EasyAuPair is a legitimate website, and includes many genuine profiles from genuine families. Unfortunately, like all au pair websites where host families can upload their own profiles, scammers also register there with their fake families.

EasyAuPair's AntiScam webpage gives advice about avoiding scams, and also gives details for reporting scammers or asking about families. Some members also report scams in the 'Comments' section.

EasyAuPair regularly removes scammers' profiles, but scammers re-register with new fake names and new email addresses. Sometimes they copy real profile information, and they may also use a proxy server to hide their real location - so it is possible that they are not always recognised.

Like anyone searching for a host family online, please research the real regulations and procedures for becoming an au pair in your chosen country, as this will help you to recognise scammers. And, of course, never send money on the instruction of a host family, or on the instruction of anyone the family has put you in contact with.

If you go to this page on the easyaupair website:

http://www.easyaupair.com/antiscam/

Then you'll see that they don't promise to write back after you report scammers. On that page there is also the posibillity to write a comment about a scammer, which is then placed on the page.

Yes, I think it is ok they don´t respond or give any answer. But it´s not ok that they don´t do anything about the people I have report.

All this scams they have on their website are still there, looking for someone to cheat.

So, for me, that´s mean, they have a kind of agreement in order that they don´t do anything about even when I have make several warnings.
