A fake employment position with a fake family. And the +44 70 telephone number is a Redirect number, redirecting the call to any location in the world. The scammer behind this is merely wanting to obtain money - he may pretend that the money is needed for a visa, or for registration with an agency, or for travel costs. It is really for his own pocket. And he has nothing to offer in return: except further fees to be paid.
