I hope that this email finds you in good health? I have read your profile and find it safe in dealing with you, i need your assistance to secure fund and invest in your care as partnership.

Before I explain further on how we are going to actualize this let me first introduce myself to you, I am Mr. Munny Sopheap a Cambodian living in Phnom Penh. I am 47 years old and I am married with two children, My wife is a Cambodian also.

One of my deceased customer in my branch bears the same last name as yours, this late customer died in a car accident with his wife and two children in Cambodia some time in 2004, the deceased account worth of (Eleven million Seven Hundred and Fifty five Thousand US) and has been unclaimed since he died due to unavailability of next of kin/relatives to claim his estate with FTB.

In accordance with the escheat laws in Cambodia as a kingdom, the Board of Directors of FTB Bank met forth night ago and resolved to turn the Fund of the deceased customer over to Bank purse after 30 of August 2012 if no one come for this fund becuase they having waited for too long without the deceased relatives/next of kin come for claims, if this is done invariably the funds will end up to become Bank property and it is as a result of this that i moved to contact you considering the fact that you share the same name with the deceased.

In view of this, am seeking your co-operation and understanding to stand as the deceased next of kin to enable us claim the inheritance before the period given by the bank elapse. All I require is your honest co-operation and I also guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. Please accept my apologies and keep my confidence. At the end of the transfer you shall have 40% of the total amount in invest 60% for me on your care.

I am assuring you that everything shall be done in accordance passing through all international banking laws, and as a banker I know that if we follow up this transaction diligently it will be completed within 10 working days.
