Yes, it is scam without any doubt. As you can see the email is coming from somebody in Senegal.
Furthermore the real hotel would not contact you with a free @yahoo.co.uk mail address but with a mail address from their own domain.
Job offers from a free mail address should always alert you because it is a strong hint that it is a scam.
A closer look to the text is showing some weird sintax and wording which would be highly unusual for a native speaker.
