The scammer is actually in Lagos, Nigeria. There are no puppies for sale. The scammer wants to steal your money. He will want you to send money via Western Union or Money Gram to a shipper. The scammer is also the shipper. If you send money he will later inform you of problems and request more money. Do not send money. You will never get that money back.
