The Confirmation/Proof of Sufficient Funds described in the attached document is false. The genuine UK Home Office Border Agency never requires that money is transferred in this way.
All money transferred as instructed will be stolen by scammer. He is able to collect this money himself, using the details of the transfer, regardless to which name the transfer was made to.
