I am the above mentioned person and without delay, my reason for contacting you is based on a business relationship which i know might interest you.
My appointment as the Group Managing Director of NNPC was the brain child of the President Federal Republic of Nigeria Dr. GoodLUCK Jonathan.
On asumption of office last month, i went through the records of the immediate past Managing Director Engr Augustine Oniwon and i discovered that he was taken unawares before his removal.
He has mapped out a total of $38.250 Million to be moved out from the Excess Crude Account for his personal use.
Now that he has succeeded and records made clear to the National Assembly to write off this amount, i cannot uncover this transaction that has been perfected. Am therefore considering using the already made plans to replan for my family hence the opportunity.
This is a direct transaction that only requires trust / reliability. If only you can accept to be the international partner who can receive this $38.250 Million on my behalf, it will be greatly appreciated.
All i want you to do is to stand firm and confirm that you executed / supplied Pipeline materials for installation to NNPC and the documentation for proof will be my sole responsibility.
If this can be successfully carried out, 30% will go for you, 10% for expenses and 60% for me. Out of my 60%, only 10% will be transferred back to me while 50% goes into Real Estate business if you have idea of the business.
Please note that this is a confidential proposal which is for only two of us.
If you are not interested in this, kindly keep it within yourself. Note that no risk is involved as i will provide all necessary documents that will be required to cover up the existence and execution of the contract.
