how to know him is real us army and now work in kabul afghanistan camp before i transfer money for help him.

I can already tell you he is NOT real because he has asked you to transfer money. No real soldier will EVER request money, or send you to someone who requests money in relation to the soldier.

Real US soldiers do not pay for leave, EVER. There is NO fee, not even a refundable deposit.
They are able to communicate with loved ones without buying a satellite phone.
They do have access to their bank accounts and money.
The have free room and board, plus they receive pay.
If they are going on leave, the US military will fly them home at NO cost.

Could you please post the details on this scammer, including the name/email he is using, and some of the emails he sent you (usually the first few emails and the ones asking for money are best, because he will likely reuse these emails on other victims.) Just remove your information first.

He is not real Namfon. Even with no information I can tell 100% it is a scam. Soldiers don't pay for leave and you cant ask for him in any way. You have been sent false papers and asked for a payment with Western Union and send nothing. He doesn't need an expensive phone off you either or a special satellite link so again, send no money. Soldiers have full access to money and get leave free of charge. You are being lied to. He is not in Kabul spending time on Internet talking to women as he is too busy. You are just on the list of a scammer in Africa or Malaysia and one of many he is asking for money from, and in reality he is a criminal. If you see a request for a Western Union or Moneygram payment it is always a scam.

I expect there are bases in Texas but I am from UK so don't have a definitive answer to this. As for the last question, Yes the Army do this but I think they would ensure there were good arrangements at home. However nothing the scammer has told you is true in anyway at all. Just tell him nothing and vanish. He will chase around finding you maybe but ignore it . If you have his fake docs it would be nice to put them on this site, you need http://www.scamwarners.com/main/ for this and also click a button to label the pic as Fake or Scammer. Upload the photo etc. You just paste the code for forums here.

There is at least one fort in Texas being used by the US Army, but that's irrelevant. The person you've been talking with is not an American soldier. Most likely he is in West Africa. Any real soldier in Kabul wouldn't have time to talk to you; he'd be busy soldiering or helping the Afghans to soldier.

Please post the text of the emails he sent you, including headers; other possible victims may search for the text, as well as the address. We can usually tell from the writing style or headers where they are. Also, if he sent a passport, post the passport on Upload Eater, fakemarking it, and post the link here. Most likely the passport contains an obvious flaw which marks it as fake.

Complete scammer lie. As I said before, soldiers are allowed to access their money. They can access their bank accounts, transfer money, and make any necessary financial arrangements.

The army has VERY specific rules about sending single parents overseas. In order to be sent overseas, the soldier would have to sign custody of his child to someone else, and he would have to have a written "Family Care Plan." This is a written plan, that details arrangements for care of the child, including short-term arrangements, long-term arrangements, and financial arrangements. The army has special provisions that allow the person caring for the child to have access to military base facilities (commissary, BX/PX, medical) while the soldier is deployed. This plan is reviewed and signed off by his commanding officer.

In other words, while the military in some cases might send a single father overseas, they make SURE that the child has both financial and medical support. A real soldier would NOT need to be asking an outsider to send money for the child, even if he couldn't access his money (which, as I said, is a lie anyway.)

Soldiers get a very high standard of care and good pay, and consideration of their families included. Even when in Afghanistan they also get short breaks, a long weekend for example. I was flying out of Sofia in Bulgaria to find a troop of US soldiers waiting for a flight out back to Afghanistan. They told me they had been flown there for a rest for 5 days and had been accommodated in one of the better hotels in Sofia at Army expense. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Scammers will try to make you believe they are stuck at worlds end with no facilities (and sometimes they are as operations depend). However they are not going to be on Internet telling you they have no money etc when back in base. They have bases like small towns with shops, diners and cafes, and everything else and more. It is important to separate scammer talk from reality and remember a scammer actually knows nothing about it or where he claims to be. I hope you are more aware now and can't get caught regardless of the excuse. The magic rule is "NO" TO WESTERN UNION TRANSFERS. CASH NO CHEQUES, ACCEPT NO PARCELS.

The person whose photos are stolen is LT Jeffery Miller who is nowhere on internet for real with his photos. Only scammers use them.The yahoo avatar shows this below. We know all about his pictures.
