The email is trying to convince you that the poor dear has met some hard times, she is the daughter of a man who had accumulated millions of dollars that she now says she wants to share with you.

There is a couple of catches though;
The money she speaks of does not exist
"She" is a male
She will need you to pay fees
Then more fees
You will never receive a single cent in return
