Hi, I am Berenice, 25 years old female, I saw your ad on craigslist.org, I am writing to know if the space is still available for rent, I am interested and I will like you to get back to me with more details that are not included in the posted ad. I am looking for a long term rent at least from a period of 2-5 months, the rent fee and every other expenses will be taken care of by the company I am going to work for when i arrive in states, i am out of the country at the moment, so the payment will be sent to you prior my arrival. I will move in as soon as you can have the room available for me.

I would describe myself as easy going, I travel a lot and meet different people everyday, I am used to living with other people, in other words, I can easily adapt to any kind of environment. I am a practicing catholic originaly from Mexico, I speak Spanish and English, i have lived in the states for four years. Is the room furnished and do you have any picture of the room that you could send me by e-mail? pictures or further details will be of help to me since i am not in the states at the moment to view the house in person.
