please anybody help me , some one send to me offer letter and i accepted and already signed , more than 1 week ago he do not reply to me , what will happened after i already signed on this paper

We don't offer legal advice here as not many of us are legally trained, and its validity will depend on the law in the country in which you are based. However it doesn't appear to be a very impressive legal document. Were there any more pages and can you read what the stamp says ?

To be honest, it's quite puzzling in many respects as it refers to an institution without stating who or what the institution is. Apart from the fact that the word 'SIGNING' is misspelt, it doesn't state what your employer is entitled to expect from you. It hardly seems the basis for the formation of a contract. Is there anything more behind this that might help us understand what it is ?

The fact that it is written in English suggests that it might be intended to function under Western law, in which case I don't think it really has any real effect, which makes me wonder what the person wanted with your signature.

After i signed i try to call the number in the contract the number for another company i'm very worry about my signature

He write in the header information about the company after i signed and he do not reply after 1 week i try to call the number in the contract another company answered to me and they said they do not know this person what he will do witn my signature anybody know

Bearing in mind the little we know about this matter, just based on the document, I would have though that it has very little legal effect.

A contract consisting of more than one page would normally be numbered 1 of 3 - 2 of 3, 3 of 3, so that it would be possible to know how many pages are involved. A page without a number that refers to other vaguely specified documents without detailing the terms of the contract - that is, the work you'll do and the pay you'll receive, is meaningless.

I wouldn't worry too much, but be more careful about signing documents given to you by people you don't know in future. I doubt anyone will be able to do much with it.

Based on the quality of this "contract" I suspect that it is very likely tied to a job scam. If that is the case, then there is NO job, and the party issuing the contract is fake. In that scenario, signing the contract is meaningless--it would not be legally binding in any way.

Could you please post the emails you received about this "job?" If we can see those, we can probably determine whether the job offer itself is fake.

i was seeking for job and i get his email from 2 sites he put many position for jobs in same company in Qatar i sent to him my resume and School/Professional certificates after he asked me if the contract i not take care about this clause

CLAIMS/ENTITLEMENTS: All reimbursement on expense associate with this job/contract engagement process will be made along side with your relocation expenses and travel allowances payment before your travel for the commencement of work, Such expenses include cost of obtaining job contract engagement papers; Cost of employment authorization documents/ and travel documents if found satisfactory committed. A proof of payment in form of an official receipt will facilitate a prompt reimbursement of all claims/expenses.

3.4. MOBILIZATION: Employee shall take care of his/her traveling expenses visa documents and the company shall provide an invitation letter and contact details of the immigration officer here who will assist employee to procure his/her traveling documents visa which the company will
reimburse back the expense spent during that process as soon as the employee get here and start working with us.
On no account will Employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job Offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer.”

That has all the marks of a standard job scam. The "Immigration officer" is just a reason for the scammers to demand a bunch of fees from you.

Ignore it, cut off all contact, and move on.

No, there is no problem with your signature on the supposed contract since it was a fake contract to begin with. You should be just fine if you ignore him. Please do let us know if you have more questions about this situation.
