Welcome to scamwarners Mallymalz,
All requests for advance booking fees via Western Union are a scam. No legitimate company will ask for a payment via Western Union.

The images on the craigslist ad are copied from a legitimate rental site and that property rents for over $200 USD per night with a 5 night minimum.

Thanks for posting the email as this will help others avoid this scam.
