I emailed and called these people. The email came with no name or legal. They are renting properties placed for sale on the market. I called the number and who barely spoke english picked up and didn't properly answer any of my questions. It sounds like a similar listing posted on this web site from a some a site thepalacereservations or something along those lines

Here's the web site http://www.thekingsreservationhome.com/default.html

Here's what I saw in my email.

I'm very happy to find your post of warning. I contacted a rental property posted on Craigslist, and by chance I just google their phone number listed on the post (786-440-8493) and found your warning here before I make any payment. Here is the website:

http://www.thepeacehomesreservation.com/

They asked me to send money to them via Moneygram, and I remembered from Craigslist fraud warning page to never send money via Moneygram. Below is the email correspondent with them:

I really want to make sure they are stopped scamming people, but I can't because no crime has been committed yet (I haven't sent them any money). What can I do?

Hello FuturePerfect,
I am happy that you found this forum before you lost any money. This scammer is probably located in West Africa so there is not much that can be done to stop these criminals.
Thank you for posting the information as this will help others who may be looking for information on this fake rental company.

If you have any additional questions about this scam please ask.

And another:

http://meandyouhomes.com/

Found this via Boston Craigslist. $70/night, I knew it was too good to be true! Fortunately the scammer hasn't had the good sense to change their phone number, which is how I hit this thread.

Thanks!
