After the death of parents, faced the hostility of the wicked uncles who claim for all the family property themself and and sold it abroad. Its to my surprise to read your mail this morning and I understand that you have been communicating with the bank concerning the transfer of my inheritance fund. I have seen what the bank is demanding before they will transfer the money to your possession. Presently I have my Late Father Death Certificate and the certificate of deposit which I have attached the original scan copies herein. The only thing we need now is the Power of Attorney and other documents which the bank said it will be issued by a lawyer here in Senegal.
After reading your mail this morning, I took the Deposit certificate and Death certificate to the bank for confirmation but the bank manager said that other documents are very important to legalize the transfer of the fund to your bank account, So he gave me the contact of a respected lawyer who is working with the united nations here in Senegal, I have also visited their office this morning and I have explained the issue to him. The lawyer said that i am not allowed to seek for the service of a legal representative due to my status in this country. So he said you should contact him directly before they can process the required documents on our behalf.
