Did you tell fva-cc no, or did you tell the shipping company no? Is there a return address? Can you contact the shipping company?

ETA: oops, didn't notice the new site. What's the connection between transitdelivery.com and fva-cc.com? What led up to this?

You have to contact the sender, explain that they have been scammed, then return the merchandise.

The scammer may threaten to send the FBI and CIA to get you, but, don't worry about that.

They threatened to sue me for robbery lol.

they are communicating with me thru their shipping site so their are no more emails other than the one saying they will "sue me for robbery". they called me on the phone repeatedly. I told them in my email that I am notifying fed ex and ups and returning the goods. the next email said "conversation is ended."

I'm contacting ups and fed ex with these items and the post office.

Just ignore the scammer and don't answer. He's not going to sue you.

I returned all the packages to sender. and filed a report with ups and fed ex. no more packages have arrived. So I'm in the clear. The guy at ups said I should keep the merchandise and I just thought to myself would u want somebody to keep things purchased with your credit card fraudulently?? The times are different because there's no way people would be thinking that way 10 years ago.

I couldn't do it...I'm a decent person.

Either turn them over to the police or send them back where they came from. If you keep them, you are possessing stolen property, which is a crime. 10 years makes no difference in morality. 2000 years makes no difference in morality.

If you have it, you should post the address that you were supposed to forward the packages. This may save some other poor soul the trouble of having the police come and search their house.

unfortunately I don't have the addresses. but like I said I returned them all to sender. No worries. and they were calling me with a Skype phone number.
