Have you ever received a scam with an email address of @wss-id.org? The website is an Indonesian portal for computer geeks hosted by Microsoft.

Most of the emails are sent from accounts on other domains but have return addresses of @wss-id.org. A quick Google search shows dozens of addresses like [email protected], [email protected], etc.

I got one today, replied by playing dumb to see if I could get a conversation going and the email bounced. Not a regular bounce, this one said "No MX or A Record for wss-id.org"

Furthermore, the whole site is gone. Microsoft must have taken them down.
