I had a very similar experience just now except the guy's name is James Parker. Text me from a California area code (I'm in Canada), asking me to email him (even though my ad on kijiji had my email in it.) Said he needed the motorcycle I'm selling for his vacation. Couldn't come see it himself due to work etc etc but asked for pics and more of a description. In his initial email he also suggested I open a Paypal account because that's how he would be paying. I specified cash only in my ad. He said he would be sending a "private shipper agent" to pick it up, all of this in the first email! Not sure if this will help but here's his info:
