then try to get his land line number, his scanned ID copy, driving license, passport copy, and home mailing address, without find out these never go for a serious talk,
I'm sorry. In understand the intent is good, but this is NOT appropriate advice.
First of all, a real person concerned with identity theft may not want so send all of this information, as well as copies of all these documents to someone they met online face to face, and rightfully so. It is, quite frankly,
not a smart thing to do. Refusal to send this does NOT mean that a person is a scammer. It could simply mean that he or she is protecting their sensitive information.
Second, it is not uncommon to have a scammer who WILL provide these documents. There are literally thousands of "scans" of these documents created using photo editing software.
And as far as land line number goes, it may vary from country to country, but in the USA, many people don't even have one these days. A lot have switched to cell phones and/or internet-based solutions.
Frankly, if someone I met online sent all of those things to me, I'd be more inclined to believe that he IS a scammer, or that he/she has no real understanding of how to protect sensitive information.
I really really replied your post because of the person you have cheated by is a very famous scammer in different names and different e mail addresses offering various of jobs such as dating sites, I also believes this person must be a UK living black male or a female,
There is not just one person running these scams. There are literally thousands of scammers making their living using the exact same stories. This particular format is most often used by African scammers. A few of them are located in UK, but most are not. The majority are in Africa or Malaysia and are simply pretending to be in UK. Without a lot more information, there is no way to know if the same person was behind your scam and this one.
If there is a way to track this dirty scammer some how it will be a greatest thing for the entire humankind in internet, there must be a way to catch him,
There are thousands of these scammers, using different names, stolen photos, and copied lines. Catching them is very complicated (and expensive.) It is even harder to collect the evidence required to convict them of their crimes.
he says he has a FB profile as Richard Harry and it might hacked someones original, also says he has a Skype name to lovely family
"Richard Harry" is a typical scammer-invented name, so it is likely an invention of the scammer.
