But viewing won't be possible because there are occupants in the flat and it's against our policy to arrange viewing when we have occupants in any of our apartments.

The main reason we decided to stop showing any occupied flat is that we do receive a lot of inquiries whenever we advertise on Craigslist and nearly 99% of the inquirers want to view before renting. And based on experience, 96% of them are time wasters, so most of our visitors do complain about showing up with different people for viewing and that has made us to lose a lot of customers. Yes, it is 100% scam. I found your site by copying/pasting his "company policy" of not showing an occupied apartment/condo/flat into a Google search and saw the same wording, verbatim from one of your victims.

In addition, when I copied/pasted the property descriptions from Craigslist into a Google search, I saw where he "borrowed" the exact same descriptions and photos from a real estate ad/sale.

His is the 3rd scam I've located in 2 days while searching for property on Craigslist. Pretty frustrating.
