Looking for a personal assistant who can start immediately to serve in a variety of job duties including doing personal errands, filing, scheduling, data entry, and assisting the CEO in challenges that arise each day.

Ideal candidate must possess the following skills, abilities and knowledge to perform the essential functions of the job:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including an excellent telephone personality
Type 60 wpm or greater
Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must
Strong set of computer skills
Expertise in excel, word and organization of documents
Hard working, willing to work until the job gets done.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
Extremely detailed with an excellent memory a must
Team player and/or ability to work independently
Ability to handle a fast paced environment at times and stay calm
Willing to drive
Willing to assist with personal functions in order to accommodate the needs of the CEO

This is a full time position and we are looking for someone who is willing to work overtime if necessary to get the job done. Benefits and the potential for a raise will be possible after 3 months of employment.
