Today is another day that the lord has made and I will rejoice and I will be glad in it. Today marks the beginning of the end of my sorrows and I will not share this testimony without taking the time to thank you for your moral and spiritual support. We both know that the supernatural controls the natural and so lifting me up in your prayer and wising me all the best simply means you propelled me into the realm of the supernatural where victory in every battle is guaranteed.

I and an attorney had a meeting with the Government yesterday to reach agreement how the terms of paying back what they are owing me, it was very obvious on their faces that they were not happy how the case turned out in my favor, my lawyer told me that this country is corrupt in so much that one don’t win a court case because he is right, but because of how much he is able to bride the chief judge and the minister of Internal External Affairs knowing how much they have to pay attempted severally to bride the judge to turn the case against me in their favor, but the judge refused.

I know it’s only the grace of God that has brought me this far because he has seen the suffering and the tears in my eyes and has decided to give me victory. I will not also denied the selfless effort of my attorney who went beyond himself to contact other chambers who provided him with one of the best lawyers from France and single handedly paying for everything because I had nothing to be able to pay for it, but he believe me and went ahead to pursuit the case although under an agreement that he will receive 10% of the total amount after the case.
This is another evidence of the power of god’s faithfulness. Finally the Government is proposing to make the initial installment of 3 Million US dollars and the rest 9 million will be advanced into installment of 1month until they are done paying the money; the payment will be made through their affiliate’s bank in France. This wouldn’t have been possible without the hand of god through fervent prayer of faith. All the glory belongs to him amen.

Now there’s just a little huddle to jump, they asked me to provide an account capable of receiving that amount of money and that account should be made available to accountant of the company as soon as possible. Now the problem is that I am not in my states, and I need an account urgently, I mean someone I trust that can receive the money on my behalf or I will open a non residential dollars account here to receive the money before forwarding it to any account of my choice.

So the huddle there is that here are documents I need from High Court to be able to open that account, such as:
(1) Attestation et certificat national importation (National importation clearance certificat)
(2) Registre de commerce (Business Registration) and Certificat de commerçant de produit agricole de la CEDEAO (Ecowas agricultural Product Trade certificat)
(3) I must validate our Agreement with a court order at the Supreme Court and once these requirements are fulfilled, I will be able to open that account with and receive a wire transfer from the Government. I am going to make inquiries on how to go about obtaining these entire requirements today after the last hearing at the court which the judge will make our agreement public sealed the case. like I mentioned before, I’ll keep you updated about every step and once I’m done I will be coming as I promised.
