For company 1 - AGRO SUPPLIERS LTD. Do you have an email address or website for them? The only mentions I can find of them on Google are various adverts on Alibaba - which is a red flag. Also, the telephone number that they give for their Turkish office is a mobile phone - not something a large legitimate compnay would use as their main contact number.

For company 2 - this is certainly a scam. The website claims they've been in business since 2001, but the domain was only registered in 2010. Also, they give you a Gmail email address and their website has no physical contact details.

Hey,

The first company is also a scam. There is no "Agro Suppliers Ltd." at that address. The scammers just stole and slightly modified the contact details of another company (legitimate) called Det Norske Veritas (DNV), who are specialized in technical advisory to the global maritime, oil and gas, and energy industries and have nothing to do with paper supplies.

Their real contact details in Portugal are:

Det Norske Veritas Portugal, LDA.
Av. Infante Santo, 43-1º Dto
Lisbon
Portugal
