I already spoke with Google. They are requesting SCAMWARNERS to remove the post and the administrator contact them. The problem is scamwarners and the solution is scwArners.

It is obviously regrettable that scammers try to confuse themselves with legitimate companies. Someone should do something about that!

When posting sites stealing the identities of UK registered companies I try to make clear that it is a stolen identity. However, in the case of US companies there is no national registration control so the same name can be registered by different companies in different jurisdictions and sometimes you have to pay to find out.

HOWEVER - by posting a screen shot of the site and, in this case by highlighting the telephone number, it is clear that the post DOES NOT refer to any legitimate US company. All in all it's a crime, but ...

The fake site is a Bimbom-Bump site. Bimbom-Bump sites often jump to other hosters when we report them. Mr. Best, I suggest that you report the fake site to the registrar, who in this case is Paknic. You may want to find someone who speaks Urdu to write the report, since Paknic is Pakistani.

I understand that it is very difficult for a legitimate company who has their identity stolen by criminals.
You are not the first and will not be the last.

However, what is the alternative to warning that the theft has taken place and that innocent victims may believe that this http://global-techsolution.net and http://global-techsolution.biz are actually legitimate? They may seach for the company name, find your organisation and deduce that the fake company is actually legitimate.

You should consider placing a warning/disclaimer on your own site and taking whatever enforcement is available to you against the perpetrators of the theft.
