Hello Pheonixstar and welcome to Scamwarners.

This is 100% scam site used to steal money from victims. Anytime you see a telephone number for a UK company that starts with 4470 it is a scam.

They will want the payment sent via Western Union for Money Gram which is another sure sign of a scam.
