Is this a scam?

I pay for buying a chameleon-nosy faly species $165 from Cameroon. I wire the money via Western Union to someone called Mr.Kinyuy Edwin Tatah. Now he direct me to a web side www.petairservice.tk (pet transportation Co) and they are asking to pay €205 as refundable insurance to deliver the pet. Is this a scam? Much appreciated if anyone can help

Any mention of pet, Cameroon and Western Union/Moneygram is guaranteed to be a scam.

I am afraid that the money you have sent is gone - do not send any more. The Chameleon does not exist, it is just an excuse to steal your money.

The fake domain petairservice.tk will be reported as fraudulant.

Yes, this is a scam and I am sorry to hear that you lost money to these criminals. The pet does not exist, the shipping company is a fake and refundable pet insurance does not exist.
The scammer may threaten legal action but this is just another lie to scare you into sending more money
This is all a lie to steal money from you and the best thing to do now is to stop all communication with this criminal. Ignore all emails and telephone calls.
Please post the email that asks for the refundable pet insurance payment.

I want to report a scammer. This guy scams you by pretending he is going to ship you your animal. He says he works for uship.com and says he is a branch manager named MR. James Clackson. I will post a full detail on how this scammer works and how i got scammed by him.
