I found this apartment on craiglist http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/sub/4382354715.html and as instructed by the announce I went to this page http://www.notjustokapartment.com
I inquired about the availability and the answer was kind of weird. I googled the phone number +1 617-701-7645 and found this forum.
This is their final answer
"Thanks for your reply.The security deposit will be given back to you
on your checking out day.since you are ready to make your reservation
now before anybody book your date,we are going to send you a receipt
and your booking confirmation slip immediately we confirm your
deposit..You are going to use your booking confirmation number to
check in to the apartment when you arrive.Below is our bank details
that you will use to transfer the deposit of $412.
