Same guy trying to rent a unit in Siesta Key,FL. Here is what he sent this morning;
Good morning and sorry i am just emailing you back, i have been very busy.
Property is located on 915 Beach Rd, APT 119. Sarasota, FL 34242 and it comes in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and it is directly opposite siesta key beach.
Amenities: Full kitchen utensil, WiFi, Internet, Microwave, Ice maker, Coffee maker, Dishwasher, Tv, CD player, Cable/satellite, Towels, Linens, Air conditioning, Heated pool, Washer and dryer, BBQ & Grills, Exercise room, Tennis, Pool table, Beach chairs, Beach access, etc.
Rates: $100/night, $550/week and $1700/month.
Cleaning fee charges: $10/night, $50/week and $170/month.
Refundable damages deposit: $500
QUOTE:
Dates: April 19th 2014 - April 26th 2014, 1 week.
Charges for Dates: $550
Refundable damages deposit: $500
Cleaning fee: $50
Grand Total: $1100
Cleaning fee is optional if you can clean the condo yourself during your stay.
Cleaning fee cover daily cleaning of the condo and the security deposit $500 is fully refundable in cash on check out if no damage is done to any of the properties in the condo.
CHECK IN:
Check in time are 9:00am, 12:00noon, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and 9:00pm (You can check in at any of the listed time).
After making payment for your booking, your booking receipt will be issue and send to you, you will be required to print this receipt and bring it with you alongside the filled and signed rental contract when you come to check in.
If no receipt or filled contract is provided on check-in, no key or access to the condo will be given to you.
PAYMENT METHOD:
I accept Bank Deposit and Green dot money Pak for payment.
If you will like to proceed with your booking, kindly fill the reservation form below and let me know your preferred payment method from the listed options so i can go ahead to prepare the Rental contract document which will be fill, sign and send back to me via E-mail with the confirmation/receipt for your payment for rental record and property use.
