the site is a fake and is in the process of being reported for fraud.

The web site was registered a couple of weeks ago using a privacy service to hide the registrant details.

The telephone number +48 (61) 625 7977 is Polish, yet the site is entirely in German.

Add to that the fact the whole site is using a known scam template and stolen images and it is a certain scam.

The best advice I can give is to forget websites offering great deals if you are buying a high price item such as a tractor (or a car, motorhome, etc.) ind do the transaction face to face so that you can physically see that the item exists and the person selling it is the owner.

I still have one more question. This website has been reported as a scam ? Why does not appear on google as a scam, when it is searched ?

Because until you provided the details we weren't aware of it - once the Google bots crawl this thread, it will start to appear in the listings.

It is important to understand that at any point in time, there are many thousands of fraudulent websites on the internet.

While our members find quite a few, we certainly don't find anywhere near all of them. Often we learn of new fakes when someone asks about them here. Then our volunteers start the process of reporting them, but there is always going to be a delay before searches will reflect what we have found.

1) The answer to your first question
NO it is never sensible to make payment in advance to someone you have never met for something you have never seen

2) If you want a fraudulent website or company to be found in an internet search you need to do more than post the website address in a post entitled, "Is it OK to send ..."

3) If you want Google to find it start a new thread "New Topic"
a) Use the name of the company as the title
b) Give the website and name of the company
c) Give the address, telephone and fax numbers
