This short email has been sent by a scammer to many recipients in the hope that some of them will fall for the lies that are to follow.
Those who reply will eventually be asked to pay fees, after each fee is paid, the scammer will introduce a new fee, each time saying that it would be the last.
Regardless of how many fees you pay, you will never receive any money from this person, its a scam
