BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!

I have made an order at www.hkelecwholesale.com. Made a bank transfer $350.22 Everything seems so legit.
They send me a tracking no. with DHL. Days passed and tracking does not work.
After emailing them, they said:
"this morning we send your goods out ,and just now we have check with agent, they said the package was detain at the custom. Due to the shenzhen custom restrictly checking for the month , all package been opened ,and checked one by one. Finally they found that the brand products in the package, they require you pay $ 100 as tax, without tax they won’t release the package, hope your understanding , please arrange $ 100 within 72 hours, then we can talk with custom guy and go ahead the shipping, otherwise the items will be confiscated forever"

Of course that was suspicious and after i complained they refuse to settle this by their, did not send proof of any products shipped, refuse to refund, refuse to show proof of customs assessing any tax.
