****FAKE SSGT THOMAS MILER/MILLER - [email protected] - KABUL AFGHANISTAN IS A FAKE.*****
Hello,
I'm one of many women who utilizes a popular dating site. While on Match.com I was contacted by the above so- called -person and after exchanging several emails, he informed that he was in the military and serving his 2nd deployment in Afghanistan and that he was due to retire in January 2015 after 20 years of service. We had chatted here and there for about a week. Naturally suspicious, I started to question several things that just didn't seem to add up. The biggest flag was that he actually wrote with the fluidity of a 5 year old. I had questioned his identity and he came back with a little validity. Still suspicious, I provided him with my phone number. He called me shortly thereafter and the caller ID number was out of Florida... Didn't get to talk as the connection was bad. Called me again using another caller ID number in the Los Angeles area. To make a long story short, we spoke and it was a complete joke. You could tell that the guy was probably from Africa or Nigeria. And along with his broken english, spoke as though he was mentally challenged. It was the strangest thing. I began to do a little research and found your website, and it touched on everything that I found questionable. Although he didn't ask me for money point blank, he did reference children who ran the streets, orphaned by the casualty of war, and I could help out in some small way to make life better for them. But I refused... Ladies, question everything and then question it again. Do your homework.. And NEVER send money to anyone... If they appear to good to be true - they probably are.. Anyone know popular websites where I can post his picture? I would really like for find out the real identity of this person. I just hope that he's not a fallen U.S. Fallen Hero, who's grave site hurls our American flag..
With tears!
