Thanks for your reply. Our Two bedroom is $490 a week and $70 a night. So for your 2 months stay the total is $3920.We are given you a discount of $420.We will accept $3500 for your stay.

This includes all utilities. - Air Condition, Microwave, Washer, Oven, DVD, Sound systems, Dryer, LCD Tv, Cable TV and Wireless Internet
- All our apartment fully furnish and has fully equipped kitchen
- We supply all linens,cleaning, and there is parking space which is free of charge.
- High speed wireless internet for your convenience.

We take 40% and refundable $300 security deposit to confirm your booking . The amount of 40% would be $1400 plus $300 security deposit making $1700.when we receive the 40% deposit and the security deposit we will mark the date's of the availability calendar and confirm your booking.
