Algorates.com doesn't respond, lost all my money

I have done some research on a website called Algorates.com and decided to invest $20K with them back in August 2014. By the beginning of the year I saw a raise in my account to $25K, I sent an email to withdraw then all hell broke loose.

I didn't get any kind of response during my attempts to contact them, emails, call center tells me that someone will call you back and no one does, their website comments section, complaints email... Nothing.

Now I have $600 in my account, in less than a month I had lost $24K and no one is responding yet.

What do I do, how do I escalate this and how do I get my money back. Please help.

This isn't the type of scam that we deal with here, it's appears to be just a poor/illjudged investment decision. Unfortuantely, you appear to have decided to "invest" in an unregulated, volatile and highly specialised area, without fully understanding what you were getting involved in - if you had read the warnings at the bottom of their website, then it should have been a big clue as to what you were getting involved in and the risks you were taking. Their website also makes it clear the timescales involved in withdrawing money from your account.

Of course, if you feel that some sort of fraud has occured then you need to contact the police, but in all honesty they're unlikely to do anything.

Whay do I do to raise this issue? This needs to get out! People need to know about this scam! This cannot go down discretely for another unsuspecting person to fall for!

I had invested in a gold fund, there's no way that a gold fund would go from 20k to 600$ in less than a month's time, it's not like stock where it can be deemed valueless. Isn't that proof enough?

And yesterday this gold fund transitioned to currency trading to clean up the remaining amounts in the accounts, I have the whole history of transactions. This is against all rules.

This cannot be let go so easily, I'm assuming this happened to many others, why is it still running????

If you think fraud has taken place, then, I repeat, report it to the police.

But all the evidence points to the fact that you lost your money by investing is something you didn't fully research/understand.

I have 3 funds with them for over 10 years now, 1 Is still giving me very nice profit every year so I am not afraid cause I already withdraw a way more from my initial investmen, but as you said they had now major crash in 2 funds I think the Gold one and other fund that deals with Currencies.
But please look at the whole market situation it is all gone crazy, currencies as wel as commodities.
And this what involved when you invest in this field sometimes you are up and some unfortunately down.
Now the big question is does they broke their contract with you.

That's rather clever of you to have had funds with a business for "over 10 years", yet their web site has only been around 18 months.

And then you just decided the search them and post good things about them on forums.

Unfortunately, you've just made your business (I assume that you are involved with them - otherwise why else post fake testimonials?) look decidedly dodgy.

Their staff very professional and I see regular profits for a year and a half consecutive
