Can somebody help me to recover my money ? My name is Rajit and i'm from Trinidad and Tobago .

I've tried to buy a 2005 JCB 3CX from this website: http://www.triniequip.com and http://www.triniequip.net and they don't answer at emails or phone.

I've sent $ 120.000 TTD to this company and they not not sent me anything ! There are 3 month now and nothing .

First off, which of the 2 websites was it that you have been communicating with them from? The .net or the .com?

Second, if you're in Trindad & Tobago, have you contacted the local authorities to check out their claimed address in Trinidad?

I ordered a JCB MINI Excavator from there website: www.triniequip.com . I received the email saying I will receive the product within 14 days but I didn't receive it. So,I send the email to the support team but they didn't reply me back. Now I started to get worried. I tried to send email to the cancellations but my email kept going to my outbox. I then tried calling to the number provided but nobody answered. $170.000 TTD has already been wired from my account and haven't received anything yet.

Hi and welcome, scam_victim. Sorry you were scammed. You can try to contact your bank that T/T'ed the money to see if it can undone. Next you should post all the emails you have had with them here, including the complete headers ( but remove your personal information first).

Then print out this entire topic and take it to your local police. File a report of theft with your local police. After that depends on where you live. See this article for various locations around the globe to see if there is an internet fraud reporting agency in your part of the world.
