Alan means that what they claim is wrong for a Spanish company, and if they were a legitimate Spanish company, they would not claim the wrong designation, so there is no reason to look further.

I myself am not very familiar with Spain's company regulations, but Alan researches possible fake companies in Europe regularly, and he has the knowledge that would allow him to recognize this.

I'm not going to help the scammers by telling them what the correct title should be, but "Ltd" has a specific legal meaning and would not occur in a Spanish speaking country.

The standard of some of the photos is so poor that no serious company would allow them on a website in their name.
