is this website really a scam? a woman by the name of kate miller offered me a job there. i have my doubts about this company and i was wondering if anyone can help me

Yes, it is definitely a scam, the website is not even a month old and was registered anonymously - legitimate businesses wouldn't do that, they have no reason to hide who they are.

Any job you are given will result in you being scammed in one of the following ways

1. Being asked to receive a cheque for your initial pay and extra to buy supplies (from a specific fake vendor) - the cheque will be fake, but by the time that is discovered, the money you sent for supplies will be long gone.
2. You will be asked to receive payments into your account and send them on to other people (you'll a money mule, laundering money for criminals).
3. You will be asked to receive packages at your home address and send them on (you'll be a shipping mule, receiving stolen goods).

At best, you're going to end up losing money, at worse, losing lots of money and being investigated for money-laundering, fraud, etc.
