1. Email the solicitor, ELGAN OWENS and request document requirements and payment method to complete your Visa Sponsorship Authorisation process.

2. After the completion of the Visa Sponsorship Authorisation process; send the scan copies of the following documents to HR Manager, MORGAN POWELL for processing of visa application;
* Data page of valid passport
* Colour Passport Photograph
* Visa Sponsorship Authorisation Certificate
* Signed Contract of Employment

3. Processing of payment of 80% of first l2 months upfront salary and authorization process expense refund by our selected bank.
4. Submission of your visa application by us at the home affairs office.
5. Dispatch of the hard copies of your documents and flight ticket to you via secure courier service.
6. Notification of a scheduled appointment date and the location for the endorsement of the visa on your passport.
7. Visit to the location on the appointment date for the endorsement of the visa on your passport.
8. Arrival and pick-up of employee from the airport on the arrival date.
